Foley has been at odds with WWE for a number of years. It mostly started when he quit as color commentator on Smackdown in 2009 because he wasn't going to put up with Vince yelling in his ear all night, got even worse when he felt cheated out of royalties from WWE videogames, and reached a crescendo when he almost ditched his own Hall of Fame induction at the last minute because it wasn't going to be televised (it was later changed). And his famous Royal Rumble rants from '14 and '15. Honestly I'm surprised he hasn't been blackballed already.

Foley is going on Austin's podcast soon. After the podcast where Austin and Wade Keller ripped WWE, one with Foley should be interesting.

I had read some of that earlier. Very good stuff. Probably won't do any good though. I can't even think of a reason to turn on RAW tonight. It's going to be a promo with Authority/Sheamus. Reigns will come out and say something. Maybe something with KO/Ambrose. More boring crap with Paige and Charlotte. New Day may be funny, but they'll have to wrestle Lucha or someone else and look weak to them. Probably about 30 minutes dedicated to recaps and brand pushing. Rest will be filler.
