WTS Gears of War 3 Xbox 360, modded controller and Turtle Beach Ear Force Deltas

As title states looking to get rid of my Gears of War 3 xbox 360, a Gears of War 3 modded controller done by Controller Chaos and a set of TurtleBeach Ear Force Deltas. All items are in near perfect condition, taking reasonable offers on all.

1) What is the actual modification done to the controller?

2) How much for the cat?

There is two mods done to the controller. The first is the typical right trigger firing mod, has 5 different settings; one for GoW3 CoD etc, but there is also a general one that works for most shooters (even used it on skyrim once lol). The red light shown in the picture is activated by hitting the small button that is located on the top of the controller (it's the button that syncs a controller to a XBOX if you hold) the red light will blink x number of times to let you know what setting/game it's best suited for atm. The second mod is the small button on the back of the controller which cuts on/off the right bumper mod for active reloads for GoW3.

The cat would not leave me the hell alone, tried taking a pic of it wearing the headset...did not go well
