SE sure did make it a bit harder to find new weapons/armors from their site but eh still doable...! anyway!

Now for your attention besides garuda's nice ass...! for those interested. The garuda fight video showed clones of garuda, they actually have names, and there are 2 of them.

and randomly, the "mystery guy" in the final main storyline quest actually has a name now (for those that haven't been playing awhile, like me)

i wonder what the guy that create the gc weapons is thinking? why the hell they ALWAYS give uldah the best ones?

look at the spears, they all have same dmg, same delay, but uldah has -30 enmity, limsa -15, and gridania which is the city with the lancer guild, -15 enmity and -10hp..

also, all garuda weapons suck, ifrits still king for all weapons except the class ones, which some are even better than ifrits plus you can meld.

I believe he was responding to the fact that they're labeled with Refresh MINUS 3. I checked them in-game, and that is indeed what they say.

You are correct though, the sanction stats are not showing up in the mined data. Since I have seem them in-game, I can confirm that they do indeed have sanction stats on them (however, I can't recall what they were).

Probably works like negative refresh worked in XI, meaning it subtracts 3/tick from the sum of your refresh effects and does diddly if you don't have any.

That's what I assumed at first too, but... there's only one piece of gear with refresh on it, and it's only +2. I'm hoping it's a typo, but if it's not, I wonder if it'll affect passive-mode MP regen, or gimp bard refreshes. Why would there even be negative refresh on such a mediocre weapon? I think the sanction bonus is +60 m.pot, but the sanction-buff melee weapons don't have a downside, so why should the mages?

I assume it will just negate your auto refresh that both mage jobs have natively.
