Good idea on investing in a wand down the line. For now, I hopefully won a nice club that I found for cheap on the AH and was still winning with less than an hour to go.

Ran in a 3 player (2x wiz 1 barb) game last night for the end of A1 - beginning of A2 Hell. So much fun! At one point we were fighting 3 elite packs at the same time. So much chaos and we all survived!

At work atm so I cant link it, but found an ammy last night right before I logged off in Act 1 Hell that shocked the piss outta me:

Str/Dex/Vit 90~, Crit Dmg 40%, Crit Rate 4.5%, Open Socket

Is that really valuable in HC due to the lack of beastmode drops like in SC?

The Lv48 to equip ammy can have 100+ on the stats.. I saw a monk with a blue one with like 185 dex and 115 vit at lv48. Nonetheless, your ammy is pretty beasty. I'd pay 1.5m - 2mil for it, somewhere in there. Rich people would prob outbid me a little on the AH. Maybe up to 3-4mil? hard to say.

Really good amulet for sure though; congrats on the good find!

IIRC it was 48-50. Kinda wanted to wear it but id rather have the gold at the moment.

Apparently skipping most of the content in HC caused me to be lesser in the ranks of clearing everything. I will have to go back and kill everything and clear through all the bullshit just so I can get a real rating in HC. Right now I rank 151 with progression which isn't too bad all things considered. I would prolly be in the top 50 or higher if I cleared everything.

My wizard is 216 in the Americas (among other wizards). 548 in the world. O_o; I am only 58 in Act 2 Hell.

Lost 52 DH just now, ugh.

Fire up the PC, load D3, log on HC, checkpoint into Graveyard, elite pack on top of me, fire off Ball Lightnings, apparently PC isnt ready for it, lags to shit til theyre gone, dead when it catches back up. Least i found a couple mil ammy before going...

Ya ive got it up on AH. Funny story, i was searching for items with similar stats, an ammy with 88 Dex, 45 Vit, CHR 4.5, Crit Dmg 39%, Open Socket was up for 125k with 1d 12h left, snagged that up, currently selling both ammys <3

Finally managed to get my internet connection to a stable level so looking into HC now. Anyone able to advise on how viable WD's are in HC? Just build them similar to Barb I guess with INT and All Resist? Looking forward to the 1.04 patch it looks like WD could be the safest class to play through Inferno with on HC.

I've never played WD, but generally speaking you can't have too much HP, and once you reach Hell you can't have too much resist.

For example, I'm at lvl 58 with 43k HP and 260-350 resists. Possibly a bit heavy on those stats, but really can't be too safe.

And in the early go (all of Normal and most of NM) stack as much xp+ gear as you can. If you can stack enough, you'll out level the early the part of the game, making it a lot easier and faster.
