Softcore? Probably worthless, it's not a level 60 item.

People search 60-60 (min/max) on AH, so on one would see your amulet.

Softcore = if you die you don't lose your character forever.
Low level items in this game are near worthless on softcore because it's so easy to hit 60.

It does have good stats for a 23 though. Slap it on a templar or something.

Off the same champion pack in act 2. It's like the mob wanted to show case bad legendaries. It looks cool as hell though.

I've done at least 40 hours of farming in 150-220% MF and have yet to see a single legendary. Is this the norm?

Also just found this... +10 dps with no DEX (DH, but my amulet now is only 21% MF). Surprised of the increase with no DEX on it, could possibly very nice for a barb
