Man whoever dropped 140m on that item is a fucking tardkart with the patch being slated for Tuesday. I'm going to laugh when that guy finds a 1900 LoH, 200% crithit dmg+socket 2h'er when the server comes up after 1.04.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but some set and legendaries are currently being bought out un preparation of the 1.04 patch I guess. Just 5 hours ago I was looking at the natalya's shoes market, and there was easily 4-5 pages of them in the 850k or less range. Since then, someone has bought every pair that is under 2.7m, and every pair of the shoes is currently going up for ~3m. This kind of drastic jump can be seen in multiple other set items as well. I'm not sure how I feel about rich people buying out an item market to flip for profit, but it's nice to see people are using the AH a bit more due to 1.04 coming soon.

Not sure how you can be surprised. This entire game is based around the AH, real money or gold. More than anything, the AH will drive the future of this game.

Some of the items, Natalya's, are having their 4set bonus changed (other items are changing in other ways) from 2disc/sec to +20disc when the new patch hits. This is a nerf to the 4 set bonus so this means that after the patch there will be no more drops of the items with good 4set bonus so supply will never increase on them so people are predicting they will become highly desired items in the future.

I considered buying a bunch of the rings at 35million but I generally don't like to risk a sure thing (selling the gold for money) so I didn't go in it then. Right now the rings are at 70 million. I'm not sure where they will balance out.

The three hundredth spear shot up from a few hundred K to around 3 million when it was found that future drops would no longer have MF on them but now they are back down to 1million I think largely because it was found that another legendary drop would have up to 40 mf and be usable by followers in the new patch. Something like that could happen to the natalya's set so that's why I didn't gamble when I could have.

Gawddayum. My brother and I were actually talking specifically about natalya's set 2 nights ago. Decided he should buy up the 3 gimp pieces and wait a week after patch for ring to drop in price (due to more supply one would think). But go figure; they introduce new sets for some of the current ones... including natalya. Knew I should have bought that ring for him last night D:

At least he'll make back 4m if he decides to sell back the other 3 pieces.

Arrow Legacy just sold for $30 (with a 70%/600k CHD gem), after initial listings not selling at ~$100 and ~$50. It was after around 15 hours of being on the AH at $30, so I imagine the price was about right.

Evoker's Helix hasn't been selling for $4 lol

Nats Set +2 Disc/sec assuming 30 second elite fight and +10 Disc Quiver:
40 total, 90 Regen'd = 130 Disc in 30 seconds, 170 if you count Prep

Nats Set +20 Disc assuming 30 second elite fight and +10 Disc Quiver:
60 total, 30 Regen'd = 90 Disc in 30 seconds, 150 if you count Prep

Obviously the longer the fight goes, the better 2/sec Disc becomes. Only way +20 Disc is better is if you get Backup Plan procs on Prep. The real response is, where are our scripts...

Seems pretty decent, but with 1.0.4 being easier, I suspect shields will become less valuble than before. I'd try to sell it before too many people gear up with the new stuff.
