Anyone have an idea on the amulet I posted above? I have no clue and the nearest thing on the AH is up for 220 million, which seems just a bit off.

How are you searching? You can't be too specific when. I'd do something like:

80 dex
60 vit
50 res
20 MF
6 crit

and adjust accordingly.

yeah i'd search it almost exactly the way anakron suggested. put in the right stats, lower them so you can see what the overall price range is and go from there. my initial thoughts are that it's worth a few mill at most but that's just an eyeball and could be very wrong. don't take my (or anyone else's) word for it and make sure to check the price yourself.

Axe is pretty much worthless unfortunately Only ones that will sell (slowly too...) are high base DPS, 120+ base crit + socket + LS.

Gloves are probably worth in the region of 1.5-2m I guess? No Attack Speed / All Resist and a low Crit Dmg roll No double roll on DEX, STR or VIT either.

Little off topic but is DMG -> Life better than LOH for DH?
Trying to figure a way out to deal with those pesky reflect mobs.

you mean is lifesteal better than LOH? LOH is pretty much always superior to lifesteal, with maybe one exception that i can think of.

either way if you want to get around reflect mobs you can use smokescreen as your shots are about to hit or shadow power/gloom.

LOH is pretty straightforward, though I know it does scale weird with some abilities.

For Inferno (where lifesteal is capped at 20%), you can calculate LifeSteal value as AproxDamagePerHit * ValueOfLifeSteal * 0.2

So if you are doing an average of 10K hits, and you have 1.0% Lifesteal on a weapon, you will be getting back:
10000 * 0.01 * 0.2 = 20.0 per hit

It scales from there, but a good way to ballpark is you get 20 life from lifesteal for every 1.0% you have on each 10000 damage you do. Something more realistic might be ~50000 damage hits and 2.8% LS:
50000 * 0.028 * 0.2 = 280.0 per hit, which isnt terrible, but pretty meh since even a socket T10 gem will beat that @ 300 LOH.

Yeah, I think you reached a bit. I got my DH's crossbow for 500k, though it has less crit+ and no LOH/Life steal.

I'd personally say that 3million is a pretty good deal for that bow. Other than dps a bit low, pretty excellent stats.

I think you are comparing an apple to an orange. Personally, crit dmg and/or socket is a must. There is no if and but about it.

Sold a similar one for 2.5m since I wanted to unload it fast. So you got it for around the ballpark... though higher or lower end is anyone's guess with this whacky economy.

Right, so figure just use your average damage shot to figure out your healing over time. It won't be perfectly accurate, but its a good enough estimate to see how it compares to LoH since hits per second wont really be a factor in that comparison.
