It's because the site uses the Rasmussen partisan estimates...and only their partisan estimates. Rasmussen says the GOP make up 37.6% of voters, democrats make up 33.3% of voters, and independents make up 29.2% of Americans. He uses these numbers to unskew every other poll and applies it laterally across the board. It's fucking stupid, and that's being kind.

There's not really a disconnect here, all he said was that the refs had to come back. He did not say that he supports them in their negotiations or even that they should be allowed to form a union. I'm sure he thinks the refs should come back, and I'm sure that he also thinks they should shut the Fuck up and be thankfull they get more than minimum wage. They are part time employees after all.

It's gaining some traction among the GOP pundits. I think it was referenced by a fox contributor and retweeted by Rick Perry. Essentially some journalist didn't like the sampling ratio so just decided to simply change it universally among all polls and report the data.

Woah, Romney is so ahead I think I'm gonna stay home from voting and tell all my friends and family not to bother voting either.
