well its and ancient order, maybe they have timetraveled before, so maybe flash has had a run in with a raz back then, and tells him stories about the epic battle that happened. Once timetravel is introduced anything is possible. It just like the 12 monkeys show, shit that we are watching now has already happened and its just playing out.
