Arrow is a lot better than the flash so far, imo. Flash is just like Smallville with different powers/city.

BTW, how fast can superman fly? In smallville, he was pretty much running everywhere as fast as the flash anyways.

Flash is two episodes so far. Arrow's first..I'd say 70% of the first season was absolutely terrible, especially from the writing standpoint.

This has started smoother so I'm not worried.

and Impulse* (not Flash) in Smallville was much faster than Clark. He just never showed it until the very end of that episode he first appeared in. He blew Clark away, and that's how it legit is for Impulse/Flash in the comics. He's much faster.
