awesome new farming method
So it appears Goblin Grinding is the tits to end all tits.
Anyone want to?
how/where/how?
what is this goblin grinding you speak of sir
just normal A2 goblin killing then?
i assume it's cause you get a better loot pool than plowing A1 while doing basically a gob a minute or so?
You can get 2 goblins per game if you're lucky with the path of ancients > road to alcarnus, takes less than 20 seconds to check/30 to clear.
You planning on wearing full mf gear, like 200+ before nv? Also it's a good idea to have a barb using ancient spear for gob farming. You can reset him trying to portal away.
It can pop anywhere in the general vicinity of the waypoint, and never really beyond the post entrances. Sometimes it can pop at the very top entrance with mobs around it as well. The mobs at this waypoint are a lot easier to handle than the Ancients Path one.
Is OP farming method still working? Was interested to see what they nerfed in "gold" exploits
In regards to the Gob hunting in Act 2. I am on Blood and Sand, and my checkpoint is at the top of the stairs right now. I was doing the Gob runs for Ancient Path last night, and about 50% of the time I resumed a game, I was greeted by packs of blues and/or yellows when I go down the stairs. Is this normal? Everyone says these runs take 20 secs, but it takes me more than that to take out these packs of mobs.
Run passed them if you dont want to fight them.
Then if the Gob is there I'll have to kill it among all the randoms I picked up running by? Edit: Maybe I'm not that good, but I think I'd have difficulty doing so without dying. Sorry if I'm asking a kinda newbish question.
Edit 2: Just wanted to make sure the extra stuff being there is normal, since I hadn't seen mention to it. If it is, then that's fine, I guess my runs will be a little slower for now. Thanks.
How are the Act 2 gobs and ZK looking now anyway?
Just found a 1h mace that sold for 4.5mil from the goblins.
It's normal, or at least was happening with me weeks ago. As is, running past mobs can be tricky since the goblin itself could "see you" depending on where it is along the path and decide to start running, too. Maybe not a big deal with white mobs, but any kind of boss pack is probably a lost goblin.
Don't get the check point at the top of the hill. I keep my check point in camp and way point out. Going down is worse because you don't see as much as going up. Too easy accidentally aggro the gob while fighting other shit. And you're much more likely to attacked right off the bat at the hill check point.
