I know you're all shocked but the NHL and NHLPA didn't even meet yesterday. They met separately with mediators.

marks off for not procuring the Zulu Margin sweater
Just bought a '92 Away Whalers jersey. Went to a lot of Whalers games as a kid living in CT and fuck their sweaters are some of the best in the history of the NHL. Great colors and sick logo.
CSN currently showing Hawks/Preds game 5, already have goosebumps
I remember in the mid 90's they always had Sanderson Whalers jerseys everywhere because he was a local product.
When he played here for a handful of shifts it was like a mini homecoming.
But we got him when he was old and haggard, same as when the Oilers signed Oates for a year. LOL
I just felt like putting some of these here. Apologizes if they have already been posted.
I was going to just post a picture but then I saw the video and figured this deserved a full read.
Taken from puck daddy.

NHLPA ALLOWS VOTE ON AUTHORIZATION OF DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST
According to TSN hockey analyst Aaron Ward, the executive board of the NHL Players' Association voted Thursday night to give players a vote on whether they should authorize the board with the choice to proceed on a Disclaimer of Interest.
If the membership allows the authorization, the NHLPA could potentially move to terminate its right to represent the players and inform the National Hockey League with a declaration that the union no longer represents the players as a bargaining agent.
More to follow.
