When we met with CyberConnect 2 president Hiroshi Matsuyama he said Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 will cover the Shinobi World War storyline.

Kabuto used the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation technique in this arc to resurrect the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. They are all in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, but it is unclear if all of them are playable characters. Screenshots show Haku and Zabuza fighting Kakashi and a group of other Swordsmen ganging up on Rock Lee.

The magazine also shows Naruto dressed in samurai armor, which is one of his "another costumes."

CyberConnect2 is tweaking the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm fighting system. New battle stages in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 will have ring outs.

Jump also reports there are two character combos where you a support character can assist in an attack to create a powerful long combo.

In Free battle mode players can use other costumes like the Armored Naruto (called "another costume" in Japanese) and various other special costumes. Earlier this week, Namco Bandai announced a Goku costume for Naruto, which will be a pre-order bonus in North America.

Asuma Sarutobi and Deidara are playable characters in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. A scan from Jump shows both fighters in their "Edo Tensei" or reincarnated forms.

Those aren’t the only enemies in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, story mode has an endless army of White Zetsu to fight. CyberConnect2 also tweaked Free Battle mode so players can fight different generations of shinobi one after another.

Choji Akimichi will face the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path by means of the Summoning Technique in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, the latest issue of Jump shares.

To combat this gigantic boss, Choji will use his Super Multi-Size Technique to become huge. It is unknown whether a standard-sized version of Choji will be playable in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.
