When I find a map Ill find you. Im in a rather large coastal town at the moment. Its where I found the gun

Maps won't help without a gps, use this.

When you get to a town, look for a rectangle sign at the edge of them near the road then look on the map to find out where you are. It's a pretty good way to orientate yourself.

Was in a building, and I hear somebody pop a soda and drink it. Full alert, crouch+walking outside a door I see a bandit looking away from me so I unload 15 rounds of 9x19 with my MP5SD into his back. Nothing happens. Switch to 1911 and put 7 more .45 into him, Nothing happens. Then I died, no gunshots, just dead. I guess that's what I get for being in Elektro during daytime.

thanks and i know it sounds stupid but for $4 more i'd rather it linked to my steam account.

for those interested you can actually get this working using the free Arma II version and only pay for the expansion pack, it's in one of the guides either linked or linked off of a page that was linked earlier in the thread (did a lot of reading for this earlier).
