Just got out of this...I absolutely loved it. It definitely bests the original, for me, and it’s just so aesthetically pleasing.

When this movie was first announced I was totally against it cause the oringinal is one of my personal favorite movies and I hate all these sequels/reboots they do for cash grabs. Now that the reviews are out I guess I'm going to give it a chance.

very good. gorgeous film and had probably one of the most interesting love scenes i've ever seen. everybody in the film was great, would recommend

Do we need to rewatch Bladrunner before seeing this?

The last time I watched Bladerunner was at least 6 years ago and I don't think the wifey made it through the whole thing.

Rewatched the first movie last night. Forgot how fucking slow it is since it takes itself so seriously and just drums along with long cinematic shots and slow build up music because it's so impressed with its visuals.

That being said, I still consider it a masterpiece for the time and looking forward to the second movie, which seems to be everything we hoped and dreamed.

I don't know if it was the theater I went to or the movie itself but it's so fucking loud. Like ears ringing loud. I spent most of the movie holding my ears, maybe i'm getting sick or something.
