Every single package that comes in from out of country through UPS typically goes through their main hub in Kentucky. And no shit they're going to check out imported packages. Complaining because your -pen- took a little while longer to make sure it was a safe package? Holy shit.

How long did it take your items to show up after you entered the code? Put the code in about 15 minutes ago and Festive Moogle is still telling me he's got nothing.

Log out and log back in. That's what it took for me. I had the same problem with the hat.

I was already logged out when I entered the code. In any case I just went to bed and the items were waiting for me this morning. Either it takes some time to register or possibly they just deactivated the Festive Moogle stuff last night while they were fixing Destrier Beret as I entered my codes right around that time (see POL today, apparently they fixed the Destrier Beret issue last night, people weren't able to pick them up).

You don't get them in the D-Box, you get them from the Festive Moogle in the 3 Nations.
