I hope the hats can have some nice materia melded on it... Couldn't find anything good for my cobalt mesail.

...huh? Hats are hats are hats. Why would these hats be able to have any different materia melded onto them?

As far as crafting-worthy stats go, you're stuck with INT and/or MND (if they're even meldable).
