The shitstorm in the forums, the IGN interview with the creator, the 5 youtube videos per minute crying "scam!", it's like watching a train-wreck and I love it.

Although it probably sucks for Steam as it's very clear now they don't filter shit. I wonder if there is gonna be some sort of a statement. Valve is pretty keen on community opinion.

It's been evident that they don't filter what they do and don't put on Steam for ages. Hopefully this will be a major factor in them actually doing it right.

Interview with the developer, after which they deleted half of the shit on the steam page.

Wow I can't believe how the guy they interview thinks everything they've done is OK and it's fine that they lied their ASSES off.

This entire thing is hilarious to me, and I find it very interesting, never heard of this game before now though or had any interest in it at all(still zero interest obviously ;p ).

Gamers need to show they won't put up with shit like this, if we do, the gaming market will only get worse, much, much, worse. The shit EA and activision pull is bad enough..but this tops that, holy shit.

And to be honest, if the that lead dev had a nicer demeanor most of this shit would have probably blown over. But this fucking guy acts like everyone around him is a dumb piece of shit that he has to put up with, end resulting in such amazing poetic justice and lessons in humility.

Kudos to Gamespy for pushing the guy's shit in and calling him out on his PR doublespeak bullshit. I fucking hate PR, and I hate guys who will bend over backwards so long as they feel that it makes them not look wrong on an issue.

"Well on our private, in-house servers, we can have 400 players!! That totally means that we should absolutely include "up to 100!" when we've already decided that for this map we'll have a cap of 50! But the people voted on it so its DEMOCRACY!"

Plus, he's the guy in charge of that hilariously terrible truckers game where you could literally fly straight up and the AI trucks never moved.

The ability to buy the game has been removed from Steam and the game is currently under investigation by Valve. Any people banned by the Hammerhead steam forum moderator's banning spree are being investigated as well.

At least Valve is taking this shit seriously. Reading the developer's interview was downright insulting. Blaming people for misunderstanding what they posted as active features.
