Need help to find a program I used to have

I used to have a program that minimized programs to the tray thingy to the right at the bottom on Windows, instead of the bottom bar. Need it again ASAP so I can hide FFXI running in the background, does anyone know the program I mean? I'm sure there are many but this one was free etc. Thanks.

Yeah "Minimize to tray" was the term I was looking for. Thanks for the link but it seems to be a trial only? The one I had was completely free. Thanks.

there were so many programs that did that function, this one is considered one of the best. I had several of them for windowsXP but none worked on windows 7 and above so YMMV
