It'll be fixed in a future software update, purchasable at tesla.com.
Somehow this reminds me of how Facebook rolled up into Myanmar and Sri Lanka and caused widespread genocide, riots and murders by promoting misinformation via their algorithm and just shrugged and ignored all concerns and only stepped in when said countries TURNED OFF Facebook, to ask them why they would dare to turn off Facebook.
These Silcon Valley tech companies think they are gods gift to the "poor and backwards folk" without really realizing what they are doing or even bothering to put a few measures in place to help prevent or stem misuse.

A German news outlet sifted through over 23,000 of Tesla’s internal files and found a disturbing trend of brushing off customers complaining about dangerous Autopilot glitches while covering the company’s ass.The Tesla files contain more than 2,400 self-acceleration complaints and more than 1,500 braking function problems, including 139 cases of unintentional emergency braking and 383 reported phantom stops resulting from false collision warnings. The number of crashes is more than 1000. A table of incidents involving driver assistance systems where customers have expressed safety concerns has more than 3000 entries.

Starting in 2024, Ford EV's can begin using Tesla charging stations.
Under the agreement current Ford owners will be granted access to more than 12,000 Tesla Superchargers across the U.S. and Canada, starting early next year, via the use of an adapter. And, Ford’s next-generation of EVs — expected by mid-decade — will include Tesla’s charging plug, allowing owners of Ford vehicles to charge at Tesla Superchargers without an adapter, making Ford among the first automakers to explicitly tie into the network.

Say what you will about Elon Musk being a gigantic dumbass in many ways
His car company (and rocket company) is absolutely crushing it.
Continued and accelerating growth every year, 4th straight "best quarter" deliveries.

That means it's a quality product.
Dude also basically said he used Starlink to interrupt operations conducted by Ukraine against Russia so that's cool too.
https://www.nytimes.com/2023/09/08/w...k-ukraine.html
He literally said "dont involve Starlink in your war", and Ukraine involved Starlink in the war.
There are over 44 billion excuses to dunk on Elon, but this isnt one of them.
Yeah tbh I'm with Musk on that one specifically.
Maybe you guys should read the story. Elon is wrong, and Elon caused many Ukrainian to die instead of it being many Russian occupiers dying.
But don't let reality detract from y'all's biases and assumptions.
