Not really except for a few spots, most of the exclusion zone there could easily safely have humans living there (same for like 98% of the Fukushima exclusion zone).

Remember that the other 3 reactors on the site were operated for decades after the disaster, with hundreds of humans going there to work (very close to the destroyed reactor) daily for years.

I can see them continuing with the premium interior even when the Standard Range is released. Later on they will decouple the premium upgrade package which will allow people to buy a $35k Tesla, but you end up giving up that glass roof, heated seats, upgraded sound, folding/dimming mirrors, and fog lights in the process. Also one of the changes is that white interior is available for everyone now, and its $500 less than before. The white interior is definitely worth it.

There was some talk about introducing a bill that would remove the phaseout cap and allowing people to apply the credit directly to the cost of the vehicle, but it hasn't gone anywhere.

Also on the earnings call Elon said that he just approved the prototype for the Model Y and that it will go on sale in 2020. Also a pickup truck will be coming shortly after that.

I am going to start saving up for the pickup! I want an electric pickup so much. I need the truck because I have livestock and haul hay and feed for them but as a daily driver having a truck for my long commute sucks. Chances are slim I will be able to afford one though it will probably be obscenely expensive but I sure hope that isn't the case.

Is there a good resource to check the potential cost savings of an electric vehicle vs gas vehicles?
