Yeah his new payout plan is crazy. He unlocks 1.7 Million Shares of Tesla every time the Market Cap is sustained for 6 months at every +50 billion. For instance, if the Market Cap remains 100-149 Billion for the next six months, he gets 1.7 million shares. The next tranch is 150 Billion Market Cap for 6 months, all the way up to 650 Billion Market Cap. If he hits all 12 tranches, he would eventually be wealthier than Bezos.
