says it ends at 2:30 AM PDT on the start up page, but the FFXIII broadcast initially said an hour and 10 minutes and we got 40 minutes instead heh.

Looks like they've removed recast timers in favor of speed for WS and Spells? I think that's what that image said. I know we knew they were lower (the global cooldown), I guess that goes for spells too?
