Well that's kind of orz.- Must currently have an active FINAL FANTASY XIV account
Also apparently none of my passwords are working for my SE account.. that's weird.

Why is music like that somehow better than actual musicians? Or at least, viewed as some godly listening experience vs. other forms of art? Because it's made for a video game? It sounds like electro-A7X.
lol.
I liked backup healing on SMN. It sucked before Blood Pact got switched since you would only use buffer pacts. Once you could do both SMN became more fun. If you couldn't backup heal, buff, and predator claws you have bigger problems. The biggest issue was that perp cost limited the job. You were a SMN but you only saw the avatar for a few seconds. Blood Pact also limited the way you played. You really only had an action every 40-ish seconds (after BP reduction gear).
Well, I'm out.* The Alpha Test will focus on keyboard and mouse UI tests. Gamepads are not supported.
The way they put it sounded like gamepads wouldn't even be functional.
No gamepads? Got this instead!

I expect that they want as much feedback as possible on the new mouse+keyboard setup, taking away the other option ensures that they get as much as possible.
Does anyone know if I'll get charged money monthly or whatever if I reactivate my ffxiv 'service' without reactivating any of my 'options'?
I did read through stuff, although quickly, early this morning and I'm fairly sure the gamepad line wasn't in there. Or maybe I just missed it. Wishing now that I hadn't put down that I use one.
presentation but in JP
Hmm.. well there's no estimated billing date listed yet so I might be able to get away with this. I'll switch over to crysta just in case they decide to be sneaky. Really hope the beta doesn't require an active service. The people who should be able to provide the most important feedback are the ones who played ffxiv and left because it was shit.
