I'm pretty positive thats just unit collision and not actually lag. They cant run through other people so they run in place when they hit invisible barriers.

I'll give them til end of alpha to fix it. I doubt it'll be something they ignore considering the said they'd deal with lag issues. If it's still a big thing by beta, we have a situation.

There's no collision with other characters. You can run through people.

The WHM one probably looks the most interesting, they did a good job of mixing a WHM's hood with a horse's blinders. The Tank(DPS?) one is cool, but looks a lot like barding. BLM can be cool, but that hat is ridiculous. They have to try to make it seem less tacked on and more natural.
