    There's no /1024 for Fast Cast. Nebula Cuffs +1 are 1% Fast Cast. They would make a difference in that build you listed (27% -> 28%, so 13% recast reduction to 14%), though whether that difference would matter depends on the spell.

    What are, actually, the spells that really benefit from a reduced recast time? (without sacrificing other important things, of course, or all nukes would fit here). On the top of my head there's the obvious: Stun, both Utsusemis, Dread Spikes, I guess Drain and Aspir, too...

    Stun, Flash, Repose, Utsusemi, Sleep/Lullaby spells, Dispel, Finale, Dread Spikes, Migawari, Raise spells, Drain/Aspir spells, to some extent nukes, and anything you're spamming for hate.

    Gandiva does good damage, but endgame RNG is generally about hate control. Last Stand is your best damage WS and the other 3 options have low hate, high damage WSs.

    Okay thx, there is one comment on the nebula cuff +1 page on ffxiah from you that say it must be a 0.5 fastcast, so I wasn't sure if it would make a difference, prolly an old one or something didn't check the date.

    While we're at it, is there also a 2sec wait after casting a spell while engaged like for ja/item use/ws I'd guess yes but maybe it's different for magic ?

    Yeah, that was before we understood how Fast Cast works. It's only applied to recast every 2%, so these are 1%.

    I don't know how long the wait after finishing a spell is, but I do suspect it exists.

    The bc is easy (was duoable at 75) but you can have 3 or 4 different armor type from the coffer, and when you have aptus earring you have a decent amount of stats (skill+, macc+, spell interuption, hp ...) so i wouldn't suggest anyone to do it.

    How do people play Corsair these days?

    When I quit it was COR/WAR or gtfo. TP on Joyeuse, step back and WS. COR/WHMs were ridiculed and shamed for being lazy. At least in EXP parties that is.

    But it looks like the majority of the new COR gear that's come out has been all Ranged Attack stuff... Did the developers just forget about quick draw lol? Do people actually shoot for TP now, or what?

    Possible to get 500 Enhance on SCH without Rubeus Feet? I'm already over the 0/100 point, so I'm looking at possible alternatives now.

    Anhur(12)/DurationGloves/Nothing/Nothing
    Merciful(5)/Olympus(5)/AF1(15)/Stimulus Sabots(3)

    =79 in gear
    404 base + 16 merits = 499

    Only way would be if there is a augmenting ring/earring that can get enhancing skill, but it's probably easier to get rubeus than one of those.

    Edit: Ah, found it: http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Chocobo_Key can get 2 skill on an aptus earring, so 501 total

    Literae Sabots can get up to a +5 skill augment, so you can break 500 without the Aptus Earring.

    It's also two seconds and iirc can't be reduced via stacking the way JA delay can.

    Almost feels like I'm just better off getting the rubeus boots. Zero leeway the other method, and relies on just-as-stupid luck in getting the right augments, as well as needing a perfect Kirin pole augment.

    You're very likely right on that, plus can do multiple rubeus runs/day vs 1/day for the earring.

    So am I reading correctly for THF tp set now Nomkahpa Mittens over AF3+2? My set would be:

    dagger/dagger/boomerang/-
    af3+2/rancor/brutal/suppa
    thaumas/nomkahpa/epona/rajas
    atheling/twilight/thaumas/relic+2

    Sound right?
