I stand behind the bus driver. The girl got what was coming to her. If she starts yapping about fighting, then the guy actually fights back, it's her own damn fault. People love to hate, but hate to take responsibility.

This reminds me of the Australian kid who suplexed his bully and then was "aggressor."

Not just that, but it's someone who works for the city. My dad used to drive the city buses in NYC. He got egged while on the job one Halloween. He got sworn at as well, especially from the younger kids from school. My dad, being the peacekeeper he is at times (I've heard him swore maybe 5 times in my life), just brushed it off. Is this to say that this guy shouldn't have beaten the living shit outta her? It was justified, but the fact remains that when you're working for the city, no matter what city it is, they expect you to keep the peace some way, or lose your job.

And bus drivers, or at least the ones in NYC, get paid decently well. I know if my ass was struggling as it is and got a job that paid like that, I'd make sure my ass don't have a (I feel dirty saying this even as a black person) nigga moment.

TL;DR: Heifer deserved it, but he's gonna get slack because he's a city official.

For me, I can't ever bring myself to hit a woman no matter how angry I am. But - knowing that there are tons out there who want to be treated like a man and push the limit I agree that it was justified.

I would be in total agreement had she actually started hitting him nonstop. Doesn't matter though, cause she's goin' to jail naw.

1. In NYC at least, assaulting a MTA official is a FELONY. It's pretty much posted everywhere.
2. Seems like this bitch tried to get all realnigga on someone who was far more practiced at being realnigga, and got what she deserved.

Her story seems like total bullshit. Really? A bus driver who has been doing this for 22 years is gonna start an argument with some dumb ho about fare, then get up and punch her? Seems to me like there is a lot more before either of these videos was taken that led up to this and none of it is in her favor so of course she's not gonna say any of it.

I'm not a violent guy, but if I was in his position (getting touched, called names, etc.) I'da punched her too. Just because she's a woman she doesn't get special treatment. He said it straight up "you wanna act like a man, you get treated like a man". Girl push-ups should be banned for this reason.

I could be very wrong (as I've learned these sort of things from inference and thus don't actually know for sure), but my understanding is that's not how felonies work. If something is a felony, that means it's a federal offense, meaning it's a felony everywhere, not just one state/city. it can still be heavily punished, though.

Considering the number of bus drivers stabbed in NYC in similar situations, the lack of a plastic barrier on that bus to protect the operator and her refusal to remove herself from the situation she absolutely deserves what she got.

This isn't a gender issue, its one of manners.

It's all on the state level since there are a bunch of different laws everywhere but a felony relates to jail time.
Felony = Jail time greater than a year.
Misdemeanor = Jail time less than a year.

I'd never actually punch a woman. My wife has flown off the handle and hit me and thrown shit at me before, so I know if I didn't do it then, it will never happen because omfg that bitch went crazy! Problem is, women know they can get away with almost anything because a dude won't hit her 999 times out of 1000... but that's the flip side of the "equal rights" coin. If you want all the rights of a man, then you got the right to get knocked the fuck out imo!

Sucks that dude lost his job that way though. Imagine on his next interview...
