yay finally its here :D

Am I crazy or did the art quality take a huge hit this season?
Started watching this one, up to S1E7 so far. The art & action screams Fist of the North Star but the story is waaaaaay better. And fkyea that classic prog rock ED!
Music style changes drastically with each season, and the first of the north start-ish fighting ends after s2. s3 the show changes direction big time (as the author/artist wanted to step away from being a first of the north start knock off)
Between all the musical references and the flipswitch to Gintoki-Jojo in Part 2 I'm enjoying this immensely.
Was sad to see my nigga Joseph looking senile in the manga, and it is here as well
He's only 4 years older than Straizo was in part II.
Joseph really should have kept up his hamon training. The youth factor did wonders for Lisa Lisa and Straizo
So sad to see them do the best Joestar like that, but the episode itself was great. I thought it was the hamon that kept him so ripped, but I suppose it's hard to tell his build.
Still, I was expecting liver spots and mad wrinkles, dude isn't doing too bad aside from being senile which just makes him funnier.
He looked a lot more broken down in the manga tbh.
That said, definitely wasn't keeping up w/ his training. Can tell by his obvious aging in part III vs Lisa Lisa looking like she's 29 at 50 and Straizo looking like this at 74.
Looks like Zepelli from part one was also 50, etc.
Heard good things about Diamond is Unbreakable, but how is it as a standalone? Like, should I have watched other Jojo's stuff before watching it?
I'd say yes. It's helpful to have the background of the Joestar family and events up to that point, as well as the origin & purpose of Stands.
The series has had great episodes so far, but this was one of the best, if not the best, in terms of suspense. Damn.
Jotaro can't use time stop as effectively as part 3, most is like 1(?) second at peak condition so it's not nearly as good which makes sense since he's older as well. Though Crazy Diamond can fix a lot of shit so it balances out.
This gonna get weird
Well yeah that's what he said exactly I was just paraphrasing since he does get stronger in part 6 comparatively.
Just saw on Reddit that Toonami won't be censoring their broadcasts of Jojo.
Is JJBA gonna continue in fall? It doesn't seem like the diamond is unbreakable is near completion.
I'm not sure when it continues but Part 4 is only about half way done.
