Do we have any anonymous feedback from JPs about how the alpha feels and what the new zone structure is like? Or even if we did and even if it was in an informal format, would it be against the forum rules to post it in public?

We have the feedback, yes, but I think it would be against the forums rules to post it even if were informal. At least, I'm not going to risk it.

I will just say it's positive. I can say that much, right?

I wouldn't think that posting a review (text-only) of an NDA'ed game would be out-of-bounds, any more than posting a review of a leaked movie you downloaded.

If BG has media from a game that the developer doesn't want shown, they can potentially receive DMCA takedown requests and whatnot from SE (e.g. Capcom getting YouTube to takedown videos of hidden SSF4:AE characters before they were officially released). But DMCA takedowns don't extend to descriptions or reviews of a product.

It's the difference between complying-with-an-NDA (which BG is not subject to, as they didn't agree to it) and complying-with-the-DMCA (which BG potentially is subject to).

P.S. No offense, but I was requesting a "ruling" from someone that's in charge here.

I think it's more about trying to stay on SE's good side. Basically we get some perks as long as we follow some of their rules.
