I just finally got my full set after trying about 10 times/day since it started. I think I got Spharai about 8 times in a row.

Let me tell you a surefire way to get the relic you want, you cannot go wrong with this system!

(1. Logout in bed.
(2. Boot up Valkyria Chronicles on Ps3, cackle madly as Selvaria destroys armies, nations, and indeed, worlds.
(3. After half an hour of wanton destruction, login, heck the bed, obtain relic.
(4. If desired relic did not pop up, return to step (1.

EDIT: I got five Sphairai too. I think SE's trying to tell us something. <.<

I got a ton of Sphairai too, it took me like 8 tried before I got any relic on my 3 lvl 50 jobs, now I am just 2 away from a full set, just missing Artemis and Holy Shield.

So what is there to do before the finale for people that aren't 50 and able to play with the relics? Even though it is amusing watching huge monsters assault the cities.

Nothing, though you're welcome to join the 50s in killing stuff and/or supporting other players.

Has no one done any dat mining this last week to see if there's any new/unique things that might pop up during the end-times? Perhaps a Dalamud model (assuming it gets close enough), or Magitek armor mobs, or maybe fully-animated leaders to join in on the fights a-la Campaign?

It starts Saturday night for some, but yes, for GMT, it's just Sunday (and a bit into Monday). It is NOT tonight.

Myself, and a couple of others in my LS will be recording the event and putting videos up on youtube of anything notable. The idea is that if we have a few people recording we'll still get everything even if people are crashing left and right. ><

I'll be there but considering the lagfest that was Atomos I doubt it'll be enjoyable. At least they've removed all the mobs in the area except for the Goblins and Imperials.
There'll probably be a small maintenance before the event unless they've already added all the data but I hope they're smarter than that.
