Unless your character was active by the end of September you can't login for the time being because servers are being hammered. I'm not sure what they wanted us to do when they gave specific times for this event... log in waves? :/
Not that it matters considering the login server crashed apparently lol.

Mine expired on the day before. Thought they were letting us all check out the fireworks but guess not. Oh well.

Thing is I've been on every now and then since this thread was made.

I saw the start of the event before DCing. Some Imperial Guys spawned northwest of Brittlebark along with a giant Imperial Juggernaut which was level 100. I forgot to screenshot it before I DCed.

so they encouraged everyone to come back for the event since it was supposed to be available for everyone had had previously bought the game... and in the end, right when the event started, they kicked everyone who wasnt a paying member off? oh SE... way to troll

@Katlan Doesn't matter. Even paying people can't log in so you are not losing much.

Got in, there are assloads of Lv.60 Imperials northwest of Brittlebark, on the way towards Castrum Novum.

I got on for a few minutes on Ridill. System message said "Enemies advancing from Castrum Novum" and "Enemies advancing on Ul'hah". I was in Brittlebark, saw some 50~55 Imperials around the place, then Lv100 untargettable non-aggroing Imperial Juggernauts spawned (the two-legged vertical airship things).

While we were fighting the imperials, everything was running at a snail's pace. Even auto-attacks took a good 30sec~1min per swing.

Then Ridill crashed.
