Rizzo needs to stick to just coaching. He's been doing a pretty good job of it lately... Fighting, not so much.

I started coaching wrestling at the local mma gym just to get back in shape now that I have time on my hands. (lol)
It has really been a lot of fun. I've been out of training for the last 4 or 5 months because of stress from work and this is exactly what I needed. In exchange for my wrestling coaching, the muay thai coach has been working with me 1 on 1 to get my striking back to form and advance it from there. I never spent enough time on my clinch work because I'm a greco-roman wrestler and I've been able to just out-power people from the clinch. Hopefully I can learn to KO people from the clinch instead of slamming them on their head. XD
Okami/Lombard confirmed, uh oh
Incoming cage hugging.
I've been obsessed for a long time with the big suplex. It is a big part of greco-roman and it always got a big reaction from people when I did it, so I started to try for it too much. I'm hoping he can help me with my elbows from the clinch specifically. I have decent knees, but my elbows and striking while moving from the clinch are pretty weak for my experience level. It will take a lot to remove HULK SLAM from my brain when I'm in that position though since I've been wrestling since I was 4. lol
overeem is licensed... him vs. bigfoot is on.
apparently he tested negative to like 7 different tests during the suspension... what i find hilarious i that apparently NSAC asked overeem at one point how they can improve upon their testing procedures.
Cannot wait for Johnson vs Dodson card. I hope the Magician can work his magic to K.O Mighty Mouse. I think Glover is going to retire Rampage, and Pettis' striking will get him the win.
I hate Pettis Cerrone just cuz someone has to lose. Praying Pettis wins tho cuz he deserves his damn shot.
Goddamn, anyone else forget that the final Strikeforce card is tonight? It's fucking stacked as far as names go, way to drop them.

Mike Kyle (205) vs. Gegard Mousasi (205.5)
Ed Herman (193) vs Ronaldo Souza (193)

Michael Bravo (156) vs. Estevan Payan (156)
Barnett is promising to wreck UFC's heavyweight division lol, can't wait to see how that goes.
Easiest main card parlay of all time.
Yep lol.
Even the prelims seem obvious to me.
It really is the most lopsided card I've ever seen. (in the US)
Would love to see Mousasi vs Jacare 2 instead.
Barnett vs. Mir pls
Yup.
