iirc that was a chapter where not a lot happened but there was a lot of backstory/lore and information filled in and some of the poor translations made parts of it not make sense at all or completely different sense once a better translations finally came out

In a way Isayama was talking about a split between Eren and Armin and in a way this is it. Armin is more of an idealist who want's to take a more diplomatic and open handed responce to the world and try and make friends. This contrast's with Eren's more pessimistic and realistic approach against Marley who basically from his own experiences as well as the memories of previous shifters mean's that if they're truly meant to have any freedom that he must fight for it otherwise other's will try to take it away.

Also yay for Crystal Annie being back too. Getting a feeling that she ain't gonna be hiding in there for much longer.
