I know that if you watch right before they're pushed into the future, you can see the Warrior's Bravura still on the ground as they port out.

I assume the first few levels of the tower will be in but I'm expecting the first few months of updates are going to add a significant amount of end-game content. I suppose we'll know at late beta what will be in at launch, because they will want to be able to test if they have max level players? I expect it because that has always been their MO, release an expansion or whatever and then have an update every 2 months... As long as there is enough to do, I won't be too bothered.

Like what if we have baby behemoths at launch, and eventually they become big behemoths

They're not going with the "big updates" approach this time. Yoshida said they'll release stuff as it's ready.
I honestly wouldn't expect 2 months of nothing after launch even if there's enough content right away.

This, they are going to probably be giving vacations to their employees if it's anything like the rest of the industry after a game launch. There will probably be a skeleton dev team left to take care of small updates / bugs / server maintenance till people return and by the sounds of it the people that will return to work on ARR will be less considering they are pulling people from other projects to work on ARR.

You should be able to find your XIV Legacy status as a service registered to your account. I'm 99% certain it will be there if you are eligible. I can't double-check as I don't have my security token with me.

It will appear as a service and there will also be a legacy icon next to the FFXIV icon in the list if I remember the screenshot correctly.
