Drunk as hell watching NHL Tonight, should've been in bed two hours ago, some notes:

- Hawks gutting out tough weeks the last two games, much more important than the two games that they scored 5+ in.

- Tarasenko is fucking terrifying.

- Prettiest goal of the night was the Marleau one(Sharks' 4th)

- Patrick Kane is going to win MVP this year, book it.

- Kathryn Tappen is a fucking goddess.

- JR is the best, shut up, it's the Chicago Blackhawks, man

Also fuck yes Hawks! I was out playing hockey myself and missed the end of the game but watched the first two periods. I gotta say we look really solid so far in every area. Me gusta.

This was the first game where I think we really fucking worked. We squeaked by vs. StL because of a three-goal WELCOME HOME rush, and then shit the bed for forty minutes and didn't deserve the win. Last night we were fucking moving out there, everyone was in the game. Saad fucked up a few times (okay, a lot), but I will forgive him because Captain Clutch and the Hoss and Duncs were en-fway-go. Oh and throw Kaner in there somewhere.

Like I said last night though, I was fucking mad we were in that game vs. Lehtonen, 'cause goddamn he was incredible, and I love cheering goalies.

You're sure being uppity for someone whos going to be sobbing into their hands in misery in 12 hours. Mark Schiefle and Alexander Burmistrov aren't even a poor man's Sid / Geno. They're a hobo man's poor man's Sid/Geno. Olli Jokinen is not the answer.
