We all said it was a terrible call when it happened, just trolling you now. Pitt didn't show up to the majority of that series though.
No one cares that you are butthurt about the Flyers beating the Pens in the playoffs.
It was a bad call today, it is more relevant.
Oh my Ward.
How?....
The Pens havent been a Stanley cup threat the last 2 years getting knocked out in the 1st round.
A) Everyone except for you thinks it is one of the worst calls they've seen. Go read 13 pages of people talking about it:
http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/sh....php?t=1353763
B) We had 4 points less than PIT last year with about half the payroll. You also had two #1 picks (Crosby / Fleury), two #2 picks (Malkin / Staal), and a #5 pick (Ryan Whitney) in five years.
C) The Pens v Flyers series was a complete rout
D) The Pens sucks
E) You suck
F) DERPDERPDERP
I agree about the circumstances, but the sheer magnitude of how fucking offsides he was is unbelievable. Briere was about 3 feet closer to being onsides than Duchene was.
The pens went up 3-0 in Game 1 and Game 2 and got blown the fuck out in Games 2 3 and 6.
Im sorry but CHAMPIONSHIP teams don't let a bad call lose a whole season for them. Its not like it happned in game 4 5 or 6. It was game fucking 1, it was a terrible call but they could have still easily won game one and they could have not let it bother them and pulled out the series.
Pens need momentum? I thought with the worlds best 2 players and the worlds best goalie a thing like momentum is trivial....
It was a close play, but a bad call and the Pens were still up 3-1 before the monumental 2 and a third game collapse that followed.
Are you really blaming being outscored 19-9 the next 8 periods, on that one goal? How much of a pussy ass, mentally weak team are the Penguins? One goal that cut their lead, to a 2 goal lead, with 30m to play was too much for them?
Whats more annoying?! Sep and his "Pens can do no wrong and are the best" mentally, or me?!
You spelled irrelevant correctly though; proud of you. Patrick Roy, Sakic, Forsberg, Bourque, two Stanley Cups and the best rivalry (DET/COL) outside of BOS/MTL in the last 20 years beg to differ on your concept of relevancy. NSH is the probably the most relevant expansion franchise of the modern expansion era; that's enough for me.
Lets just enjoy the irrelevant games for the night guys. Flames and Coyotes, Jackets at Ducks.
All Sep is trying to say is that the Penguins have the psyche of 12 year old school girls. A professional team shouldn't have to shake off a bad call. Or their coach shouldn't settle his boys down, that's not his job.
I don't know any hockey fan that doesnt respect the Preds and how they do things tbh.
You know as well as I do your team will not win a Stanley Cup this season. These 2 points are completely irrelevant. Pens have a legitimate shot as of when I write this, about 8-10 teams do. Unfortunately, your team isn't one of them. #ClevelandPredators #NashvilleBrowns
Jets openly said the franchise they'll be modeling off of are the Preds. Out of all the teams Jets picked they chose the Preds. For good reason too. Unlike some other "contending" teams, they at least make money.
How the fuck can anyone say the Preds are irrelevant is beyond me. In terms of winning percentage of all time, Preds are #5. In a ridiculous conference and division.
