Having the same issue. Cloudflare keeps blaming BG. For roughly the same time. Refreshing usually brings it right back, at worse 5 mins of down time ( one time on Friday ).

Edit: Oh yeah, also, the site seems to have very long load times though it generally doesn't timeout. The rolling wheel in FF for example keeps on rolling, and sometimes when pages load they aren't fully loaded ( not all posts appear, and the bottom of the page - forum footer - is missing ), ping doesn't change.

    Edit2: Specifics
    Code:
    Error 522 Ray ID: 10bd744e306e0076
    Connection timed out
    Error 522 Ray ID: 10bd744e306e0076

    Connection timed out

Things that I need to know:
    • Does it happen to the whole forums, wiki or only a specific url?
    • Was it a connection timeout or an error message? Copy&paste the said error message.
    • When did this happen? Include timezone.
    • For how long.
    • Did you try another browser? Which browser and version are you using?
    • Did you try clearing your browser cache?
    • Did you try flushing your DNS?
    Whole forums.
    Error is above, doesn't change.
Multiple times since Friday Az time.
    Short intervals.
Latest stable versions of IE, Firefox, Torch, Chrome, IceDragon on my Desktop / Laptop using normal net and VPN ( VPN server is in Cali ).
    Yes.
    Yes.

Ping times on average for me are 24-30 ms. Lowest Ping: 19ms Highest Ping: 45ms. Used 100x cycles. I didn't put ping on infinite though, so I never saw a ping during one of the 'outage' intervals.

Some problems happened routing traffic on the US east coast last Friday. Not sure if it could be related.

Maybe not the best thread for this, but I've noticed BG running reaaaalllly slowly today, started about an hour ago. I am running on Firefox but I checked on IE and Chrome too, same issue.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing it but figured I'd report it. Nothing else I've browsed today has the issue.

NVM, it seems fine again. Figures.

Sup BG Techsupport. I can't load "My Bucket" from Google Chrome. It's the only part of the forum that crashes and burns almost instantly. Things I've tried are:

    uninstalling/reinstalling Chrome
making sure its the latest version (apparently I fucked this up somehow when I first did it)
    updated graphics drivers
cleared all cache sites and browsing history
triple checked to make sure BG was white-listed on Adblocker and NoScript
tested with MS Edge and installed Firefox - no issues there

Does it happen to the whole forums, wiki or only a specific url?
    https://www.bluegartr.com/bucket/

Was it a connection timeout or an error message? Copy&paste the said error message.

    Spoiler: show

When did this happen? Include timezone.
I'm in EST but no specific time of day.

    For how long.
    Ongoing for about 1 week.

Did you try another browser? Which browser and version are you using?
Yes I have. Microsoft Edge (25.10586.0.0 / Microsoft EdgeHTML 13.10586) and Firefox (47.0.1)

Did you try clearing your browser cache?
    Yes

Did you try flushing your DNS?
Yes, this actually got the page to load further before crashing.

That looks bad. BG Bucket and BG Chat are the only 2 things still using Flash so it might be related to that and/or third party extensions not liking this much javascript/flash crammed into a single page.

Ouch. So that means I'm stuck to either opening up Firefox when I'm ready to upload (and fuck that browser as its slow as fuck) or just plan switching to that or an alternative.
