    PVP side of Things


    At lvl 30 you can go to the other factions side and pvp for pvp gear.

    Realm vs Realm

    This is a huge Battle Ground. This BG is a 100 vs 100 battle where one side tries to get control of the guardian stone in the middle of the battlefield. The opposite side losses the protecting shield and the siege stage starts.

    The attacking side will break the castle gate and kill the NPC lord to end the siege and claim victory. During the war, a nation can also gain powerful buffs by defeating neutral NPC's in the BG.

    Capturing Bases

    This is done in the open world, with an unlimited amount of players. Capturing a base will make it the respawn point for your nation and summon friendly NPCs, like craft, ah, and trading npc's.

    Lord/Governor System

    This is just like the Vanarch system from Tera, except that it is more fleshed out. Each zone is is splinted into multiple city states ruled by Lords (for Hieron) or Governors (for Union).

    There are two ways to become a Lord/Governor. A guild can reach the required influence points (by killing field bosses), then the guild leader can rule the city state, or other guilds can challenge the ruling guild to a Guild vs Guild battle. Other guilds can choose to support the current Lord / Governor or to back up the challenger.

    Patron/Protector

    Lords and Governors are rulers of the city state, and a Patron and Protector are rulers of the nation and they are in the capital city. To become the Patron /Protector of a nation the Lords/ Governors need to capture the capital city of your nation. On the other hand, the other Lords/ Governors may choose to support current Patron/Protectors. This will turn to a siege war that involves bases occupation.

    The PVE side of things

    Pokemon capture system


    Bless has a pokemon capture system, where you can capture any mob in the game and use it for a pet ,mount or a flying mount. You can get xp and achievements for capturing. Gotta capture them all.

    Instance dungeons

    Bless has endgame 5 man dungeons each with a hard mode and a normal mode. Gear doesn't drop from instance dungeons only rare crafting mats.

    World bosses

    World bosses that spawn in your realm, again only drops crafting mats.

    Events

    These are like Dynamic events from GW2, they have a marker and you click on it to go into an instance. The instance can hold up to 200 people.

    Bless is still in open beta in Korea, but you know you have to go through hoops and loops to be able to play. Here are the instructions on how to play in the open beta.

    Wow this is a shocker!!

    Aeria Games will be publishing Bless here in NA and in Europe. There is no timetable for the game as of yet. Seems like that deal with Daum games had fallen through.

    Still no world from Aeria Games on when this game will be ready for the Western market.

    But over in Korea the next expansion is releasing on Oct.5. The expansion is called "The Blazing Fire", and it will feature more server wide events, new areas, new dungeons, new lvl cap 50, and the all new rune system. Also there will be a new class "The mystic class", a dps/healer hybrid.

    It wasn't posted before but they delayed the western release so they could better adjust the combat for overseas since it was such a huge complaint on our side.

    Korean Media is reporting that Neowitz has dropped Aeria games as the western publisher. Due to their inability to get the game off the ground in the west. No word if there will be another publisher soon.

    Neowitz has decided to publish the game themselves for the west. They have already hired a new team in place and will make an announcement on July 25th.

    For the western version there will be many changes coming to the game. Therefore, Neowiz will pursue 3 main objectives :


    - Examining the game systems and framework thoroughly
    - Not afraid of abandoning the current game structure and rebuilding it from scratch
    - Adding new contents

    Changes to core gameplay the devs feel are needed

    Character growth:

    -It's hard for players to feel the changes even when they equip new items
    -Players can barely feel the change after enhancing their gear
    -It's difficult for players to enhance the items

    Combat:

    -There many skills for a class but they fail to interpret a class' unique characteristic and identity
    -Too many inefficient techniques for a class
    -Battle is frustrating

    Mounts and pets:

    -Mounts, pets and servants lack of variety
    -There's no reward from investing into mount / pet progression
    -The training gameplay is not fun

    Gathering and crafting:

    -A lot of crafting products are useless
    -Too many weird and useless materials and it's hard for players to gather what they want

    UI and user experience:

    -The UI isn't good enough help players to understand and play the game

    Neowitz will set up a test server for a certain period of time in order to test the game changes and receive feedback, again more details will be coming July 25th.

    Neowitz has decided to open up the test server on Aug. 1st. The Client Download will be available on July 28th.

    Anyone who has a valid Korean Bless account can try out the test server. Westerners will be invited on an individual basis.
