I really like how this game looks. Definitely gonna give it a try.
Has any sort of dates been announced for 'merica?
also: Tera.
Probably won't see this in the US for another 1-2 years. I remember reading that it's tab-targetting, unlike Tera, so that's one (admittedly common) aspect that's like FFXI.
As you lvl up your basic job, you can go for a more specialized advanced job(sorta like FFXIV). You get less skills but they are more powerful.
You can change your skill set any time you want depending on the situation. There aren't enough skill slots in your tactics menu bar, so you will have to plan specific load out depending on what you're doing. After you have finished customizing your skill presets, you will be able to swap out between them with a press of a button. Bless is tab target but you can mix and match your basic job skills and your advance skills at the same time, for a more combo action feel.
Action hot bars and telegraphed moves seem to be the trend from Korean developers. I'm all for more action oriented game-play, but unless you're making a lot of really good, variant skills, for different role types, most skills just wont' be used. From the looks of it, they also really need to up the damage of your attacks because a normal enemy shouldn't take that long to kill.
I'm so unbelievably tired of studios showing off solo gameplay. I could care less about that.
My interest remains zero for every MMO until i see group play and how the combat mechanics interact with each other. Is there an expanded trinity or the watered down tank/healer/dps version?
^ This. I want a game that encourages (almost forces) group play. Even if its just a duo or trio. Still keeping my eye on this though.
The Paladin
The Paladin uses a mace or hammer as it's main weapon. It can tank, has support spells and heal. Later on you can get the advance jobs of Judge or Priest. If you go Judge it is a holy dd tank that focuses on close range combat. If you go Priest it focuses on healing skills sorta like a cleric. This advance job stands back and heals the group and provides support buffs.
Step released two articles and a few videos on Bless Online's CBT.

Dat frame rate!, game is graphically impressive though he was running at 2k res.
^ I watched some of this earlier. I really like the idea of open world bosses, but I don't feel they are ever dangerous enough. A dragon that size should have half a dozen insta-kill moves, some single target and some AOE. Keep those people on their toes!
This shit coming to 'Merica or what.
I expect nothing until well into 2015.
Travel reminds me of Tera so much, they are both very similar.
"fast" travel? That was like FFXI airship slow -_-
ok, not really, but its defiantly "get up, use the bathroom and get a drink" slow
