On the chance this isn't rhetorical... yes, thats the damage of a 99 Mandau. It has about... 7 more delay and none of the other benefits... but.. yah... 99... Mandau...

This is either evidence I was right and they're not running out of ways to give powerful weapons and just settle on "Make it the same base damage as relics, with lesser stats!", Or these new weapons are significantly harder to obtain than what was shown.

Or they're the first stage of a new Relic-class weapon?

Fk if i know, But damn, I'm still shocked at same base DMG as a Mandau99, with such little delay difference.

Also yeah, it has the same D as Mandau or Twashtar but has 7 more delay and lacks their other bonuses. TBQH, this is about the difference that I think there should be between relics/empyreans and more easily obtained alternatives. The current ~20% DPS difference is substantially greater than the difference was for more weapons at level 75.

Still kinda unheard of. I say raise the base damage of Derpsichore, Mandau, and Thwastar by about 4, then they have more breathing room :D! hahah... ha... *cry*

I'll admit that I would like to see some improvement in my D51/205 delay Derpsichore if they're going to hand out D55/183 delay daggers for failing Skirmish.

Also looking back i did think this happened once.

Level 88 Great Axe had a DMG Of 140, Where BRavura only had about 130something at level 90... But that came with Store TP-15 and a Movement speed nerf, and had massive delay.. but f**k. >:I

Not upset. Shocked would be a more accurate emotion. Just never expected to see a Dagger with the same DMG As the relic/emp, with good delay and no huge drawback... If anything, I'm interested to see how this fairs as an offhand on fodder content like Dynamis EP's and Salvage/etc.
