This reminds me of my father. He's a Best Buy regular, even though I started taking apart and rebuilding computers when I was a kid (once PCs were available to the average consumer, anyway). I've told him a million times not to give them his service, and I've tried to steer him in the opposite direction, but it is just not possible. He also destroyed the one computer I did bother to build for him in this way.
Back in 93? 94? My mother bought some uninstaller program to remove things she never used on ye olde Win 3.11. All was fine until she tried deleting DOS, which I guess the the program was about 1/2 done before the PC bricked.
I still find paperclips bent like this all these years later.

I feel that at least some of the times I've bought tickets to a concert, there's been a waiver that they're not responsible for any injuries sustained. Then again, I've been to a number of electronic concerts, so maybe the type of crowd explains it..
And have some random images~
