Windower 4 - Discussion and Support

Downloaded windower 4, got spellcast to sort of work but there is a major bug with <st> macros. For example if I have a macro /ma "Cure IV" <st> it will swap to my curing set, cast the spell on myself before I even picked a target.

Using Windower 4 and the updated spellcast I have found that all macro's that use <stpc> fire instantly and leave the cursor on the screen. For example:

/ma Refresh <stpc>

Will cast on whatever is targeted and still leave the select cursor on the screen.

Appreciate all the work that goes into this. For the plugin Timer (replaces recast I assume), would it be possible to alter it's position? I'm very much used to it in the upper right-ish of the screen and my slacker running where Timer currently is.

Just like seeing my duration all on the left is all.

Gotta say, very nice job you guys. It overwrote my supersampling registry settings though and I don't see an option to change it. Am I just blind and missing it somewhere?

Just switched over myself with the update and all, few small quirks that are eating at me right now.

I can't seem to get Silence to load. Getting "Failed to Load Plugin - (127) Unknown Error"

Otherwise I really like the new ideas incorporated into it.

Is there a way to set the default position so I don't need to move it every time?

Also, it seems to crash on /shutdown or whenever it closes. I hit Decline because I wanted to change my resolution and it crashed anyway.

Edit C:\Program Files (x86)\Windower4\plugins\settings\Timers.xml and set recastX and recastY to your liking, then reload timers.

Was there supposed to be an .xml with it? I deleted and redownloaded to be sure but I only see the .dll once it's done.

Is there a reason none of the echos in my spellcasts are working? Or why equipment changes aren't showing up in my log?

would it work as a workaround to do /target <stnpc> then //cure <lastst> for the instant fire spells usin stpc?

Just a few minor suggestions:

• Allow at least 1 line of 'equipment changed' to be displayed like the old silence. Would allow me to see if the macro fires off or not.
• Allow 1-hours to not be showned via Timers.

Loving Windower 4. Is there a resource outside the github or whatever explaining some of the "finer" details of what it can do in regards to specifically battlemod or some other addons?

Please do excuse my layman questions regarding this. I am not a programmer by any means and am just learning what lua files even are.

Still have no idea why my spellcast echoes don't work (I'm using Windower 4). Is this because AddToChat is broken?

Would also be nice if there was a way to set the default position for the game window (if I'm dumb and there is a way, someone enlighten me, haha).

Is there a way to preload my plastic surgeon settings as I used to in 3.4 so that when I log in it will automatically make me what I set to?

Could we get a list of things that are still broken for each version of Windower? It's getting difficult to tell what's broken for which, like AddToChat.

Edit: And Windower 4 still crashes every time I /shutdown. No idea why.
