SoA wasn't launched with all of the content which is to be expected, so it's possible they still want to reveal something. I wouldn't be surprised if they just didn't care enough to reveal the last ???????? though.

That's probably the play-as-a-monster system, isn't it? If so, the development of that has been independent of SoA (Matsui/Fujito said so themselves in some dev posts) and may not even require SoA. I think it's more likely to be Mog Gardens... or something they haven't talked about yet.
