Hahaha yeah exactly what I thought. Although really I guess this is for like people leveling the new jobs solo I guess. Kinda nice for the adventuring fellow shit I guess if those mattered.

Huh? Where does it say it won't be in effect in Adoulin? It simply says Abyssea is excluded from the Double EXP and you can't call your Fellows in Adoulin. (I mean, technically "All areas of Vana'Diel doesn't include Abyssea anyways....)

I was mostly just joking around since it mentioned adventuring fellows and you can't call those in Adoulin, though if you were xp in Adoulin it'd probably be off Reives which I'm assuming isn't affected by this.

That actually would've been a pretty cool way to start it off, double our Bayld yield for a few days.

Adoulin is designed for lvl 99s so any leveling you do there is against the design. They want people at level 99 so they can enjoy it, hence exp.

imo it should be a weekly thing, just with different effects. double xp, double imperial standing/conquest points/campaign notes/bayld, increased drop rates, all kupofreid powers unlocked, etc. etc., basically like Guild Wars 1's weekly weekend events

Dedication bonuses get doubled too. Basically it's a x2 multiplier to the final exp you're getting off monsters.

This event is rediculous. decentennial ring + this = 1600 xp for a VT at lvl 14. nuts.
