Chestday Sunday is down! Benched 155x6 normal, 135x8 Incline and 155x6 Decline.
A few of my friends have the same problem, they put up more weight than me but their upper chest won't stick out for the life of them xD
Just get some moobies then sculpt them seems to be working for me.

Had a shitty leg day yesterday. I think it was because I had fried food the night before when I don't normally eat fried food (Mom had a small birthday party). Even the smell of fried food makes me literally nauseous depending on how much oil is being used.
So because of that, I wasn't breathing right and my lifts were suffering. Ill try again later this week. Gonna try for some body weight excercises this week at the park.
Sorry I've been so late on my stats, been busy with that double job lifestyle. Though it might make this very interesting for me regardless. I'll toss the stats up on Wednesday since it'll be my day off.
Did buy some legit ass running shoes however. Thought I'd get the cardio up and work on my upper body strength in the meantime until next month.

On a side note for people looking to curb the sweet tooth I recommend extra's Dessert Delights gum. Most of them have the same if not close to taste of whatever dessert it is that they claim to mimic. The one exception is that root beer float is a smooth root beer like a&w or mug and not a hard one like barq's.
Also if you have to grab a quick bite and don't want a bun both red robin and jimmy johns serve any sandwich in a lettuce wrapping.
I think I left out my body weight on my other posts, but I was 135lb last night after working out. On a good day I'll wake up around 138
I soooo wish I weighed this much, but I'll settle for getting back down to 150.
I am off tomorrow, I will be doing a workout tomorrow. I have obviously not been participating hardcore in this but I am trying to use this thread to keep motivated, and this week I'm going to "graduate" (for lack of a better term) from one workout a week to two.
If you get to 150, I will reward you with some D!
