Yeah I found that last night but the diagram does not match what's inside the bike. If I could find a fucking picture of what I need to adjust I'd be fine. The only thing I can see that even relates to the tension is part #54 the Belt Tension Bracket(which I'm sure is the part I need to adjust.) But after taking it apart last night I couldn't see how that part would adjust anything. It's attached by an allen wrench(which is no problem I have a set) and a large spring. For as popular as this bike was I'm shocked at how little info there is online about it. Fuck.

What's making matters worse is the company went out of business. So there's no way to contact them for assistance.

If worse comes to worse a more mechanically inclined buddy of mine will give me a hand with it. I just hate asking for help on something that seems so minor. Thanks for looking though.

Ahhh no chance of meeting my goal for this week, in the middle of a 16.5h shift and yeah... definitely not going to the gym today lol, possibly even tomorrow.

So as most know, RK and I had Tough Mudder Boston last weekend. If anyone feels like they needs a mental/physical challenge in their life, and want to get dirty as fuck, this is the perfect event for you, and it is for a good cause. Here are some pictures of my TM experience. We wore Pink Power Ranger costumes, won the contest which allots us free entry to the next tough mudder of our choice. Pics:

This is before the competition with waldo, who we beat in the competition. Yellow shoes is me

This is a little before and after picture, far right on the first pic, and yellow shoes on the right pic is me

The whole event is anywhere from 10-13 miles. Boston happened to be 12 miles, and at Mile 12, they have this:
    http://rmbrenna.files.wordpress.com/...-half-pipe.jpg

When you've done this whole mudder, you need to run up and grab the top of the pipe, and pull yourself up. Most people can't do this since their legs are noodles, and some just aren't strong enough to pull themselves up. Many mudders who are strong enough would stay back and help others up, by grabbing them as they jump, hoisting them up. My friends and I made it np, and we waited about 30 mins to help pull people up. We pulled about 20 people each, anywhere from 6'8 people, as well as one really small person up, some husky people too. The last person we waited on was this chick, she ran at me and my friend Justin who is the 2nd from the right, I am far right, and he had her right arm, I had her left. She had no energy to pull herself up, so we got off our stomachs, stood up and just pulled her up. We found out, I have never met her before, that she actually lives THREE STREETS AWAY FROM ME in my hometown which is 4 hours away. Small world, that one of the people you helped lived that close to you. Here is the picture of us/her below.

Tough Mudder was one of the best experiences of my life, was full of fun, excitement, exhaustion and overall a HUGE sense of satisfaction. I look forward to doing this again ASAP. I would be happy to answer any questions about TM to anyone as well.

For Brill Weave, i can't seem to find anything to help you out with this bike accept a place to order spare parts. There is so little info on this thing that when i searched how to fix this bike, this forum popped up with your question on the second page. Only other thing i can say is call up sears for some help.

Thanks for trying. My weekend project is going to be taking this thing apart and seeing what I can figure out on it. It doesn't look extremely complicated so I may just fiddle around with it and hope I get lucky.

Provided I can do my double tomorrow, I'll have 9/10 of the Fossil runs I committed by Monday, which isn't bad considering I took a day off due to minor gym injury (and didn't wanna risk it rly) and I totally skipped a day (which is the one I'm making up for by doing a double tomorrow)

Eating has been on point for the past couple of days as well. Should have been the whole competition, but showing a diff each day in the mirror, so by the time I post pics Monday, should be real good to go

So past 3 days i completely missed the going to the Gym, or doing any type of workout whatsoever. Do not know why but i cannot seem to stay awake once i get home from work and i sleep until i am forced to wake up to go back to work. I know i will have to get back on track if i am to finish this contest happily and without regret. Maybe its due to all the coffee i have been drinking lately to keep myself up through work, other then the gym i have not been doing anything strenuous. I think after this competition is over i will just rest up for a week straight and not do much of anything, most likely need to repair all the damage i accumulated over the past 2 months.

    Anyway how is everyone else?

Aside from the minor setback from that injury, I seem to be going fine. Not what I wanted to be doing, but better off than before the start. This past week has been going well also, going to finish this one out strong. Was a good downpour last night, water up to my ankles in some spots, still put in my fossil run last night. Assuming I get my x2 today, and x1 tomorrow, I'll be 9/10 of what I planned for the last 10 days(with my energy level honestly depends on James right now. If he is down for 2, it'll be no problem. I'll probably be too tired to go the second time if I can't drag him out with me). If get 1x today and 1x tomorrow, that'll be 8/10, so either 80%(B-) or 90%(A-). I'd try for twice today and twice tomorrow, but I have an exam tomorrow, so don't want to go before school, and after school only a few more hours in the day, not enough time to rest between two runs. Calories have all been under 2k for the past week as well with yesterday being 1500 and the day before being 1700. Eating window is open now, so from 9am-1pm, which opens my window tomorrow at 7am, though I'm fasting till the end of the competition.

Bike to school, gym, school stuff, bike home, fossil. Should be a strong finish for results pictures between the pump what should be a 36 hour fast at that point, at which time I can pig out after my results pictures.

you did fiddle with everything before you took it apart, right?

Run 1 was done in the AM.

Looks like we're cranking out a late night run after all.

Assuming nothing stops me from doing a run tomorrow, I'll be 9/10 of my goal; not perfect, but I'll take it. 3 weeks worth of fossil in a week + 1 day.

Needless to say, I'm taking a week only going to do one Fossil next week, probably Saturday or Sunday, instead of my usual thurs/fri/sat; and I'm going to take a week off of legs to give them time to recoup

JRonin's laptop took a shit on him, so I'll be taking pictures for and posting for both of us after Fossil tonight. Pictures should be up either late evening or first thing tomorrow morning.

We're hitting Fossil hard and finishing this one off strong.

A little something to hold the thread over until the real updates start rolling in.

Not fasted in this one and no pump (fasted in the before pics and had a pump) so going to replicate the scenario before I give a final entry
