I'm pretty sure it causes retrograde if you do it too late. If you do it soon enough it just stops you getting there but you get some of the orgasm feeling without the 'down time'. At least this is how I have experienced it. I agree retro isn't great at least for me it feels like a let down.

So I figured out how to do this properly. I was doing it wrong for the longest time, but after reading the article, I can go three times in a row. The tricky part is the timing, which was screwing me over.

I have to do the muscle tension -right- before the moment of truth, and not during the moment of truth. If do it while climax, you have to have perfect concentration and if you let it go even for a few moments, it will spill out. Otherwise, if you do it right before you bust, it feels like the urge to cum is gone.

Soy Lecithan granules 1 tbsp. + L-Arginine 500mg crushed and mixed into a powder then mixed into yogurt.
Korean Ginseng 100mg
Zinc - 50mg
Selenium - 100mg
+Lots of celery. I'm talking 6-7 sticks a day.
+A lot of water.
+MOAR WATER.

Probably the coolest science experiment I've did on my body since I was younger. Definitely worth the $15.00 bucks it costs to try. The Soy Lecithan granules by day 2 will literally make your spunk turn into diamonds.
