I thought this game's story was about a handful of lonely dudes mashing buttons while eating Tostitos and drinking beer until 7AM. Not sure where Justice and Kliff fit into that, but I assure you none of those lonely dudes will miss them if they aren't in Xrd.

Yeah, they died in GGX iirc, but Arc Sys kept putting them in as extra characters.

To be Released to Arcades in Spring 2014

Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, May, and Chip will be all over Japan in spring 2014 when Arc System Works releases Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN. Sega will distribute Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN in Japan and the game uses their ALL.net P-ras Multi Version 2 system to store player data.

Dustloop member Tenj|n recently shared a variety of Guilty Gear color reference sheets they were able to procure that were supposedly worked on in late 2011 and early 2012. It was later discovered that this art appears in a pachinko machine. While it’s normal for popular franchises to go this route in Japan, the art used in this particular attraction is very similar to the updated character designs we’ve seen for Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- so far.

Below, you’ll find a gallery that features images of Sol, Ky, Millia, Chipp, and May, as well as new looks for Slayer, Jam, Zappa, Bridget, Johnny, Dizzy, Sin, and more. This is obviously far from official confirmation that any of these characters will appear in Xrd or even retain the altered appearances seen here, but it’s possible this art is an early look at details that may make their way to the upcoming title.

Faust will be playable in Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign, an update on the game’s official website confirms.

The character, who first debuted in the original Guilty Gear, is a medical genius turned serial killer.

The former good doctor joins the previously confirmed Chipp Zanuff, Millia Rage, Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, May, Venom, Potemkin, I-No, and Axl=Low.
