Still good to end shots with... but man these numbers are making my rng feel jealous lol

Would be great if someone could test base Iuitl wristbands, that way we'll see whether achieving an additional snapshot augment would be worthwhile or not.
I don't think you can get multiple augments other than pdt...either way cor has relic gloves that have much more snapshot than manibozho as shown on previous page, so Iuitl would need at least 7 base to beat them(assuming +3 is max augment).
Since there is no RQT anymore I guess this is the best place to ask. Wurrukatte Boots, do we know the snapshot quantity on them? I know they are best in slot as they are the only piece with snapshot on feet slot, so I'm just being curious.
Actually they aren't the only peice though possibly still the best with that crit rate. The entire Iuitl set can get snapshot as can Khepri gamashes. Both can get 3 so I'd expect Wurrukatte to be about the same but don't know
It looks like level 99 Gastraphetes is 10% Snapshot. Mode of the Gastraphetes distribution was 3.298 seconds, and mode of the Illapa distribution was 3.638 seconds.
Iuitl Wristbands are also 10% Snapshot. Mode of their distribution was also 3.298 seconds.
To be clear, the testing I'm doing now is less accurate than when I was sitting in sea spamming for hours. The upside is that it's much faster and probably pretty close to the truth.
RNG 99 with Gastra and 10 Snapshot (small set):
Spoiler: show
RNG 99 with Illapa and 10 Snapshot:
Spoiler: show
RNG99 with Illapa and Iuitl Wristbands (includes Overkill use):
Spoiler: show
AF3+2 hat with 5/5 merits and the same Illapa setup:
Spoiler: show
AF3+2 hat and Overkill with the same setup:
Spoiler: show
So Overkill gives about 50% Snapshot.
Edit 2: Actually, after looking at this more I don't really trust this data at all. I'm going to have to do a lot more shooting to get real values for this.
Was that no augment wristbands? And holy crap 50% snapshot... assuming you didn't make a mistake and there is no cap you could theoretically get down to just the after shoot delay?
Betting on 80% snapshot cap
Instead of 50% Snapshot, I think it's just half delay. I went from 0.7 to 0.35 seconds with Machine Crossbow when I put up Overkill.
Darn I was afraid of that
I kinda of doubt it. Notice they didn't a make one for melees until after drk had exceeded it. They tend to react after the fact lol
Plus melees don't have a set unalterable 1 second delay between shots. At 80% haste idk say ragnarok and 100% snapshot anything assuming perfect human/tool shooting (also note you can't switch to non snapshot mid way which will lower dps a bit) you'd only be slighlty faster with the ranged but if you actually take into account human reaction time they will be decently close
It's possible this is olde news and I just didn't have it right on the wiki, but it's 0.75 Ranged Attack per STR and Ranged Acc per AGI.
+0 STR = 313 Ranged Attack
+80 STR = 373 Ranged Attack
+0 AGI = 306 Ranged Accuracy
+80 AGI = 366 Ranged Accuracy
Stout Arm gives +90 Ranged Attack.
I'm not sure if it's just me using this wrong or if things have changed since you shared your script. I've loaded it as a plugin but it doesn't respond to reset or display commands?
I'd like to test out a few of the not so common snapshot pieces for cor, to have piece of mind. Any help would be great!
Sorry, the Lua API has changed a lot since I wrote that. The new addon would be:
Code:timeit = require 'timeit' Max = 0 Min = 999 DelayArray = {} windower.register_event('addon command', function (...) if ... == 'reset' then Max = 0 Min = 999 DelayArray = {} windower.add_to_chat(5,'Max and Min Reset.') elseif ... == 'display' then windower.add_to_chat(5,'Max: '..Max..' and Min: '..Min) local trans_tab = {} for i,v in pairs(DelayArray) do if trans_tab[v] then trans_tab[v] = trans_tab[v]+1 else trans_tab[v] = 1 end end local a = {} for n in pairs(trans_tab) do table.insert(a, n) end table.sort(a) for i,n in ipairs(a) do windower.add_to_chat(5,trans_tab[n]..' '..n) end end end) windower.register_event('action',function (act) local j = 0 if act['category'] == 12 and act['param'] == 24931 then ttime = timeit.new() ttime:start() elseif act['category'] == 12 and act['param'] == 28787 then j = ttime:stop() windower.add_to_chat(5,j..' Interrupted.') elseif act['category'] == 2 then j = ttime:stop() DelayArray[#DelayArray+1] = j if j > Max then Max = j windower.add_to_chat(5,j..' Completed. New Max!') elseif j < Min then Min = j windower.add_to_chat(5,j..' Completed. New Min!') else windower.add_to_chat(5,j..' Completed.') end end end)
Fantastic, Thanks for the super quick reply! It's registering the shots.
I think this is where user error comes in. I named it test.lua but when I try to call the actions with "test reset" or "test display" it doesn't post to chat. Should I be loading it as a script or am I just using the wrong command function?
//lua c test reset
I'm curious how much total delay reduction we can get out of stacking Rapid Shot from Orion Beret +1 (14), Arcadian Jerkin +1 (12), and Arcadian Socks +1 (6). (32 total)
In a previous post you mention the base trait contributes to a total of 10% delay reduction.
Conclusions:
* Rapid Shot job trait on 99RNG reduces ranged delay by an average of 10%.
If approx. 32% rapid shot contributes to 10% delay reduction, do you think it's somewhat safe to assume adding another +32 rapidshot would equal -20% dealy reduction? (not including merits)
Thanks
did anyone ever find out how much snapshot wurrukatte boots gives?
