After much deliberation and way too many hours spent in the character creation, I believe that I've finally chosen a character for launch:

Same here, I kinda of went normal... ish but undecided on my miqo'te look... after actually spending time messing with it, its hard to tell what you want ;/ Good thing character creator is coming out, can spend many hours messing with it!

A creator sounds awesome! Do you know if it'll allow you to go into some kind of empty in-game town so you can see what your character will look like?

Making several chars in beta was kinda hell with all the cut-scenes they have before you can actually can see your character in-game.

Yes I noticed those, but I guess I like seeing how my character will look in game because the amount you can zoom in and out has different limits.

Well you can do the same with the games current creator.

Like if you went to face settings, you can zoon a lot closer to the face than the actual game allows, or the chest if you select bust size... >.>

An instanced lobby, or something like they had in 1.0, where you can walk/run around in character creator/selection would be nice. The zoom and background changes are nice and all, but being able to have some control of your character before actually completing it would be nicer.

I made a mancat in phase 2 that I didn't care for too much (besides his sprint, I loved that). Then along comes the prettiest mancat, and I think I might actually break away from taru for him. <3 I know some of my LS/FC wants to be able to remake our 1.0 in phase 4 just so we can see what the gear looks like.

Make her eyes a shade of Violet and she is Daenerys Targaryen. You know the real one from the books.

I don't have any closeup shots or specific shots of the gear, and it's technically Militia, but it's the same/model coloration as Battlemage. (All of the Brayflox gear models [Cavalry, Infantry, Battlemage] existed in 1.0 as Militia gear)

Oh, OK, it's that blue set with the colored feathers on the helm. I did see that around, just didn't know it was the Battlemage set. Thanks Rocl.

Are they going to be releasing the character creator with the benchmark or in some way separately downloadable? I keep seeing that but I can't tell if it was news or an assumption
